4th EASS Conference Submission Guideline
All academic full papers submissions were peer reviewed by members of the international review board. Authors need to submit the full paper through EasyChair to EASS peer review process. Authors will need to be registered for the conference using the Aalto eAge registration system and present the paper in person at the venue in order for the paper to be accepted into the program and conference proceedings. There will be no separate and second reviewing of the final papers; acceptance is based on the final revised camera-ready paper accepted by review board for the proceedings and for presentation at the conference. It is not necessary for all authors to attend and present, only one author needs to be on hand to present, although we certainly encourage co-authors to attend for the entire week. After the conference, a separate review process will be conducted to invite a subset of these articles to EA journal.
